Five Canadian geese were in the water behind my house yesterday. The honking and splashing of their territorial dispute over the road runoff-filled North Branch of Cypress Creek was so loud I could hear them over my calls while using headphones. Articles debating the materiality of the differences between the Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines continue to pop up. Vox falls into the "get the first vaccine you can" camp. But, I don't understand why this issue has sides - each has imperfections and trade-offs (cost, storage/handling, number of doses, efficacy against mild/moderate or severe illness).
